Terms & Conditions of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns page for further information.
Yokos Trading Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you if your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancellation. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are exclusive of VAT, VAT will be shown separately. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Colour, Shade and Size
Yokos Trading Ltd reserves the right to make slight amendments to products on the website, please note that their maybe differences in colour, shade and size. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
All items displayed on the Yokos Trading Ltd website are the copyright of Yokos Trading Ltd. The designs are owned by Yokos Trading Ltd and direct plagiarism will result in legal action.
Changes to Website
Yokos Trading Ltd reserves the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any page of this Website.
All Yokos Trading Ltd jewellery comes with a 14 day money back guarantee for any goods to be found faulty or any missing items on delivery for a specified time thereafter. We must be notified of the faulty, damaged or missing item within the 14 days of receiving the goods via telephone or email.
Any faulty items an image of the fault must be emailed into firstname.lastname@example.org, this can then be assessed as to whether it is worth sending the goods back to us. If the item has to be sent back it is advisable to send the item via Royal Mail Recorded delivery for your own records. Once item is received at Yoko’s Trading LTD we will contact you within 3 working days of receipt and the cost of the postage fee will be credited into your account.
With any standard wholesale we are not liable for any goods once this has passed the 14 day returns policy, once the goods have been passed onto a third party (retailed), once the goods have been used, or if the goods are damaged due to misuse.
Any items returned due to being unsuitable, the delivery charges for the return will not be reimbursed.
Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace earrings or goods which have been removed from the packing card, unless they are faulty.
