Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch your order on the same working day for orders placed before 1pm. For orders placed after 1pm this will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
All orders are aimed to be delivered to you within 1-3 working days of dispatch; however this does vary depending on your location. As we are a UK based company please do allow extra time for orders placed in remote areas and outside of the UK.
Please note that the time scale of delivery may change due to the stock availability.
We do our best to dispatch orders out as soon as possible however we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
We would like you to be happy with the goods purchased, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased and would like to return your item our returns policy is as listed;
All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatch however all items must be checked upon within 7 days of receiving. However, in unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged please ensure that you email us an image of the fault. A replacement will be dispatched where possible or a credit note will be issued.
We do not accept returns that have been worn, not in its original packaging or shows obvious signs of abuse.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any earrings unless faulty.
You are responsible for the return of the item. We cannot accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us, we do advise that proof of postage is obtained.
